
Last week we hosted our first annual Customer Success Summit held at the Marriott Sawgrass Resort in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. This event was designed to help our customers leverage the power of their SAP Business One platform today and for years to come. We have been amazed at the overwhelmingly positive response from customers who were able to attend. So much so, we are already planning to hold a similar event sometime next year!
Over the course of 1.5 days, more than 50 attendees took in sessions from ECS consultants, SAP Executive Leadership, and a handful of strategic partners. Some of the topics included: An overview of SAP Business One for the next decade, an intro to ECS’s procECS Division, Advanced MRP & Inventory Management, AP automation, Cloud & Cybersecurity, analytics & reporting, and Advanced Service Management, just to name a few.
In addition to the content presented, customers were also able to network with each other. Whether it was golfing on Sunday before the conference, or the wonderful cocktail reception hosted by Boyum IT overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, or dinner in the Ponte Vedra Beach area, everyone, especially the ECS team, enjoyed the opportunity to be face-to-face with each other. Beyond the sales process, we value the partnership with each of our customers. We will continue to leverage all of our resources to help our customers grow and scale their business.
