Contract Management is an extension of the contract capabilities delivered by the ECS ProcECS Engine. Manage all your contract offerings, pricing, and service levels to gain valuable insights into contract profitability and compliance. This module is required to run the Contract Renewal, Customer Service, Depot Service, and Field Service modules if you choose to offer these as part of service contracts.

Contract Renewal gives you all the tools you need to manage the entire renewal process for contracts, with additional capability to support master contract agreements and buying groups. Incorporate all products that are eligible for contracts, unique contract offerings, as well as associated pricing information.

Inventory Planning
The Inventory Planning System is a new approach to managing Inventory Levels and Suggesting Purchase Orders. Using Big Data along with Business Intelligence tools, we reduce inventory levels while simultaneously preventing stock-out situations. We replace outdated formulas with an easy-to-manage system with real-time insights into the data. This not only lowers a company’s inventory investment but also reduces the number of POs, Inventory Receipts, AP Invoices, and AP Payments. With the right Inventory levels, a company’s entire ProcECS can be optimized.

Rebates & Chargebacks
The Rebate and Chargeback System is designed to automate the Vendor Rebate Process. The system allows for flexible Rebate set up by the vendor and tracks the detailed sales data by item and item group. The rebates can be quickly calculated and reported at any interval desired. Then an Invoice can be created if payment is expected, or a Credit can be created in Payables. The true gross profit of each invoice can be calculated to include the Rebate data. Optionally, this allows for seamless integration into the ProcECS Commissions module.
