Earlier this month, we hosted our second annual ECS Customer Success Summit at the beautiful Marriott Sawgrass Resort in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. What began last year as an exciting new initiative has now become a cornerstone event for ECS, our customers and partners. This year’s summit brought together even more customers, partners, and ECS team members. The goal was to help businesses leverage the full power of SAP Business One to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

We’re thrilled by the incredible feedback from attendees who joined us for two days of learning, connection, and collaboration. The enthusiasm and engagement we saw throughout the summit have already inspired our team to begin planning for next year’s event!

Over the course of the summit, more than 60 attendees participated in sessions led by SAP leadership, ECS Team Members, and key strategic partners.

Beyond the sessions, one of the biggest highlights was the networking and community that has become such an important part of this event. From the pre-conference golf outing on Sunday to the ocean-view cocktail reception hosted by Boyum IT, to the shared dinners and conversations that followed, it was a reminder that our success is built on real relationships.

At ECS, we don’t just sell and implement SAP Business One, we partner with our customers for the long term. The Customer Success Summit embodies that commitment: equipping, connecting, and empowering our customers to achieve more together.
